Scrap Gold Jewellery

Afternoon Guys
Just wondering if there is any interest in buying scrap gold jewellery on here? I get some scrap through a jeweller friend intermittently and have a couple of lots to unload at the moment. I have sold a couple of lots on Ebay but after fees I am hoping more could be achieved on somewhere like here just thought I would ask first as I cant see much past threads.
Some is wearable and consists of chains, pendants, bracelets, Earrings etc
If there is interest ill throw up in the For Sale section what I have to sell at the moment.
May consider partial swaps for Silver or Gold.

On Ebay I got 9% over spot for one lot and then lost my 10% fee so worked out to a little under spot. So I am open to offers around that mark?? Even less for a package deal or if you will be a regular customer for further gold..

 

Sorry but I can't accept that deal especially with postage costs involved.

Keep trying ebay, list them for a decent amount and hope someone buys them.

What postage costs? I was including free postage but this wasn't a thread to find a sale directly, just to judge if there was any interest on here to put this lot or any further lots for sale in the future. I list them for Ebay at 99c and usually achieve something up around spot some are surprising with a swing under or over.
Anyway anyone looking to stack scrap Gold for future investment or to refine let me know ill list some lots for you.
Have some limited 18k and 14k lots but most are 9k
Can deliver in person at Newcastle Meet if helps

Apologies Peter, but I had previously phoned you re sending across scrap gold and you told me only local.

Has your policy changed - are you now accepting scrap gold from interstate ??

 

Price would be at the time that we recive it.

 

You need to say that you're a SS member; we just don't receive parcels from the public.
