Hey guys, I have a few bucks saved and I want to buy some silver.
My main reasons for buying are for investment purposes and to be prepped in case there is a SHTF situation or another market/dollar collapse.
I have plenty of maples and have considered getting more but I am mainly after silver that has a low premium over spot price.
The 2014 Year of the Horse 1 Oz Silver Round looks pretty good for the price as does the 10 oz silver bar - 2014 NTR lunar Horse.

I was considering buy some Perth Mint coins and bars but I'm not sure if they are worth paying the extra premium.

I'm open to advice and suggestions on what to buy...

    asking others what do buy

4 wrong things in the case of a dead metal and a market where alot of those others are after your property for their nothing in return.

I buy the silver that I like.
I buy it to have my property under my control instead of having to depend.
I buy it because I think that I will be able to buy back more of what I produced than with a bank deposit.

I didn't have my former bank deposit for 'investment' purposes.
Neither for SHTF and collapses, and I didn't ask others which currency I should have saved in.
My silver deposit in my own bank is exactly the same.

    Peace!

buy whatever you like. because in a few months you wont like what you have anymore. then you will sell most of it and buy something else, then do that again and again. after losing many hundreds or even thousands of dollars changing your mind on what you want to stack, then you will know what you want to stack. we all go through it, there are no shortcuts ;)

here is a hint though. not many people stack alot of maples in the end.

:D Exactly. My stack of Maples have been dripping away and I have almost got rid of them all.

Simple, buy anything to do with PM Bullion if you plan on staying in Oztraylia. No Numi's (Hi premiuim, colourful, gimmick shit) if your stacking!

    My 2c worth.....

Maybe look into "junk" silver coins I'm UK based and here anything before 1947 is 50% silver and before 1920 is 92.5% silver I'm not sure about over there but could be worth a look, It's a great way to get fractional silver perfect for possible barter situations at a fair price.

The 10oz NTR lunar Horse bar is around $240, the Perth Mint bar is a few bucks more and for about an extra $10 you can get the Horse Perth Mint coin.

    Decisions, Decisions...
