Just wanted to let everyone know my experience with them!!

Did the initial set up with scanned document.. Seamless. Andrew, who is the boss there is absolutely brilliant. He is simply switched on. Dropped my today with DW to finish set up. Got the photos taken and the hand scanned.. Great stuff.

We need the vault for SMSF compliance.. Mind you, nothing much in it!! But the whole experience was great. The staff are professional and make it all easy.

I recommend that you look into it, you won't be disappointed!!

    Shiny.
    .........

I have no affiliation with Guardian Vaults.... Just a regular customer!

Same experience when I signed up a few months ago, very easy process. Always recommend them to anyone looking for secure storage.

Never see anyone in the vault when I'm there during the late morning which is sweet.

    Edited to add current price list as got a few PM's regarding it;

Does anyone know whether we can pay on monthly basis for the annual lease?

They require that the first year's lease is paid in one payment, then they will allow monthly payments for subsequent years.

I also second the sentiments above - Guardian Vaults are first rate and I'd highly recommend them.

What is the "Guardian Gold" column in the price list posted above?

Is that a special walk in deal House? Cause it's a lot more than 1.5% on their website.

Not sure. The owner asked where I bought my metals and mentioned they sold them for that rate. Haven't looked at the website prices but will ask next time I'm in. I do know that you have to have a client to get get the special offers so may not be reflected online.

Thanks for that House. I do have a box with the Melbourne branch but they've never tried to sell me some metals.

I tried to do the maths a while ago and to buy 5k of metal from them (for the discount on storage) would have required a fair few years to recover their premiums :)

I use Guardian Vaults and find them very good.

Same experience as the OP. Very seamlessly done and great service. Also like their security process of the face scan and hand scan. Very Bourne Identity-ish.

What size box do you have? When I checked, even the large box had a 40kg limit and you needed to switch to the safes for anything heavier.

40kg limit is just a suggested max for OH&S reasons ;) Pro tip- Go for a box on the bottom so you can drag it straight on to the trolley.
