I just started my panda collection, and just want to know the market rate before I buy them. Based on large dealers in the US, here are the prices I found. Seems a bit overpriced for these since after 2009 has high mintage, so can someone confirm if the dealers are overcharging or not? No grading, just basic OMP: 2009 - $65 USD 2010 - $80 USD 2011 - $36 USD 2012 - $38 USD 2013 - $34 USD PS - if you have any non-graded 1oz silver pandas to sell, I'm looking to buy any year so shoot me a PM.
For comparison.... Here are rates I've been buying S10Y at in PRC(in USD). 2009 35-40 2010 35-40 2011 31-40 2012 31-40 2013 26-30 2014 26-30 ... and the best German dealer's rates for S10Y in EUR. 2009 35 2010 35 2011 34 2012 36 2013 24 2014 21
I just bought all these I listed. Couldn't find a better price for them in the US. I also bought some 2013 in MS69 and MS70 for $35 and $48 (free shipping) from silvertowne before they ran out of stock. Those seem like a really good deal. http://www.silvertowne.com/c-295-certified-china-world-coins.aspx
For the graded coins, and correct me if I am wrong, but the majority of them are either going to grade MS69 or MS70....it will be on how the grader is feeling that day lol.
2012 panda bullion are pricey because they were released when spot price is over the top (over $1,600/oz).
