Hi all! Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with Powercoin? They have a huge variety of coins but cause they are overseas I'm not sure if it's a risk to buy. Are they a good seller and trustworthy? Does anyone know of any other reputable sites that stock a nice variety of coins? Thank you
www.perthbullion.com and www.goldstackers.com are 2 big ones, but there are lots.. and site sponsers here are good also.. I've never heard of powercoin i'm gunna go out on a limb and say it doesnt sound that legit.
Powercoin has a variety of numismatic items. Are you looking for those? Cos I know a dealer here that caters to that.
I have made numerous purchases from Antonello at PowerCoin and my experience has been very positive with excellent service right at the top. .
Well atm I'm just opening my eyes up to all of these beautiful coins that are out there. For example the stained glass coins and the nanochip coins. If would prefer to buy from Australia if possible, so yes I would love to know of any dealer who sells all those fancy and unusual coins
Power C is the most expensive dealer there is and also he sends damages goods my experience sucks with this guy i would not reccomend him at all
I've never purchased from Powercoin because of their prices. I've purchased a lot from ECI which was the US branch of Downies. They closed last year, so now you just buy directly from Downies. Very reputable and better prices than Powercoin. If you want to stay in the US, there's Black Mountain Coins, www.blackmountaincoins.com. They carry a decent variety of coins and offer free shipping over $75. I've bought from them once or twice without any problems.
I buy all my fancy stuff from this US vendor--top notch--decent pricing too http://choicebullion.com/
In my opinion Power Coin is one of the most reliable coin dealer from which I bought many unusual coins. Some prices are expensive but, as regular customer, I get much better prices than what you find on their site as new buyer. Service is TOP, never a problem, and when in the past had some issue with post parcels damaged I got brand new items at no cost. Brilliant customer service. I know that I can buy cheaper elsewhere (and I do sometime) but when I want great customer service and reliability, I have no doubt where to buy. Unfortunately they don't deal with bullions but with numismatics only. By the way I already received from Power Coin the Mongolia Manul Coin that other dealers will have in stock only in few weeks Alex.
The coin in hand is amazing. I was not impressed when I saw it announced from CIT, but now the more I look at it and the more I like. I have no doubt is one of my best purchases lately. Here the actual pictures: Alex.
Powercoin is supertight with CIT. I guess they are probably one of the first to get any new coins from CIT, probably most of the Euro dealers have them by now. Us American dealers on the other hand get to wait.
Great pictures Alex. The actual pictures look so much better than the stock photo's. I think it looks better than the hedgehog or goat. I passed on this year's because I'm selling off my collection. I didn't want to get into the rut of buying the new release every year...aka D&Ditis.
If your tastes run toward the high-priced designer specialties like Power Coin is noted for, you'll love http://firstcoincompany.com/S/ I don't know how they are for customer service, but they've certainly got fancy and expensive covered.
My experience with First Coin is very positive. Terrific customer service and fast free shipping for me.
