Potential for upside higher than the risk of downside... Just my opinion, I'm still bottom fishing myself tho.

It depends on why you are buying, doesn't it. If it's to maintain value of wealth over long term you still have to buy as low as possible. I have no vested interest so I'd say wait until you are sure price can't go lower, but it always can. My intuition tells me spot will go much lower soon but you can't rely on 'my' intuition, because it's mine. My advice? Don't ask others what you should do, do it and cop the consequences, rewards or costs ...
