Lol at me making this post. Ok, so I know why JM Bullion hasn't gotten me check(s) with an (s) since Jan 21st.

    Story:

I bought a bunch of 10oz Horses and paid for it with a check. I sent the check the same day I ordered via first class mail. The problem was they never got it. I thought it gotten lost in the snow storm while traveling through Kentucky. Why? Well the reports at the time was they had alot of power issue and the post offices in many of the states were closed. Ok, so I cancelled and sent a new check first class mail. :| They didn't get it.. Ok cool, I was thinking I going to have to go down to the post office and cause all HELL. But instead I came up with a good idea. I sent a 3rd check with tracking. Paid $5 box for flat rate. It came with $50 insurance so if they lost it I could collect the money and cancel the check. The tracking said this >

Now I know they got this check. So I called on Friday. They said they didn't get it yet wait till monday. I called today same excuse so I turned up the pressure over the phone. Told the guy to take his ass outside. Walk to P.O. Box 650823. Take out the key & open in! Of Course they are in two different location, Texas and PA. I already knew that lol. He said, he will have someone check and they will email me. Well, I got there email lol

Of course after reading this I now know they got all my checks. They just didn't have the products so they are pretending like they never came. :D Besides the horses are sold out :(

But it's ok because the horses were pulled off the site the next day from when I ordered so they probably were sold out. No i'm not getting the koola. The horses value went up and I was gonna sell them all on ebay for $280. Got them below $220.

Will I buy from them again?
    - Um, well actually I kinda already made serveral orders via credit card and most have already came. It's just the one order that had problems so yeah I'm still gonna order. Not really a problem on my end but they could've atleast told me on the phone as they already knew the issue lol. They were probably on the phone thinking what in the world should be do. We got his check & no products.

-Note I only lost $6 dollars in all. The first class mail was only .49 cent for the stamp. That's 1-3 day shipping :|

You may have only lost $6, but you would expect better customer service then you received. It shouldn't be your job to have to work so hard.

No idea mate, I have no clue as to how the US postal service operates. I live in the UK. But if they never got it, isn't it classed as lost mail? You would think they would have a redirect in place if they were moving.

I think the lost mail rate for the USPS is about 1/2 of 1%. So, multiple checks getting lost is not a believable story.

Lol so I called the bank to have all 3 checks cancelled. It cost $25 dollar per check. I said no thanks the signs in the bank say the government insurance all my money. I'm pretty sure none of the checks will be cashed since they were lost (sitting on JM Bullion Desk :p) :D

Seems like so much of a hassle to buy from them. Is it worth it?

Yeah it's worth it. I mean you will get your stuff. Let's just say it will take 1-2 weeks to get to your house from when you order. If they told everyone that it would cut out alot of problems. People are use to ordering from other places and getting there stuff quicker. That's cool but JM Bullion is the cheapest to get anything they offer. I wouldn't ever shop at apmex over JM bullion due to the prices & not only are apmex prices higher they charge shipping. Providents is the only place other than JM Bullion where I would buy from. The only reason I don't is because they charge shipping but there stuff is cheap like JM Bullion.

    - I can confirm that JM Bullion really did move as my order is shipping from New York now and not PA. :D

(Accepted at USPS Origin Sort Facility, February 11, 2014, 11:40 am, SPRINGFIELD GARDENS, NY 11413)

& Here comes the GOLD! Fingers crossed for a brinks armored truck to come to my home. My security could give them an escort. Unfortunately, I know it will just be the same old mail man with no type of protection :(
