I just joined and wanted to introduce myself. I've collected coins since I was 5, collecting everything from Colonial coppers to ancient Greek coins. While at a recent coin show, I noticed most of the interest/transactions involved silver or gold bullion. Even noticed a number of sellers with copper rounds. This piqued my interest and I started looking into silver and gold bullion coins. Long story short, I decided to pursue stacking earlier this week and purchased the following: 25 2013 Silver Maple Leafs 25 2014 Silver Maple Leafs 40 2013 Silver Eagles 160 2014 Silver Eagles 2 1oz Buffalo Gold 1 1oz Gold Eagle Hoping to put away 40 silver eagles and a 1oz gold coin each month going forward. I look forward to following the posts here and learning all I can about precious metal stacking. Mike

Welcome! I would not just limit yourself to silver eagles. That will get boring quick, Check out all the bars and Rounds that are out there. I find it much more fun to have 5 of this or 10 of that VS I have 400 if this one thing.... YMMV
