hi im min - started stacking six months ago. Fellow SS member (monopolize) introduced me to this forum and silver investing in general. I used to think he was nuts, and looking at the historical charts of silver and its recent spike to $50 does ring alarm bells of a bubble. The fundamentals of silver look favourable for all the reasons we all know - let's hope we are the smart money and by the time this forum becomes mainstream with moms and dads using their super to invest in precious metals, we will be sitting back semi retired as we unload our stack at obscene prices. Am on the lookout for silver only at this stage, personally prefer bars cause they stack easier requiring less space - but have noticed that low premium coins do fetch a better ROI over time. Not looking to sell anything at this stage. Looking forward to meeting some of you f2f along my acquisition phase, and always happy to receive pointers and advice along the way.
Welcome. Sharp learning curve! You may be bagged out for making an innocent mistake or comment. Newbies are expected to be seasoned stackers But if you stick it out you'll be very glad you did. Lots of fun and makes trading far easier than you'll ever know. Make sure you always use registered post or at the minimum signature on delivery. Don't buy or sell more than you can afford to lose, should something go wrong in transit.
