If I have money to buy 1200oz silver bars, hold for long term and I want to sell them back easily.
    1) Which is better for me? Cast or mint?
    2) What size is better for me? 100oz each, 500oz each, 1kg each or 100oz each?

A combination of Perth Mint Kilo and 10oz cast bars.

The kilo and 10oz bars are very popular and sell well in most countries including Indonesia.

1 oz low premium bars and rounds such as those from goldstackers.

You'll sell them very quickly and very easily when the want to sell arises.

Just like with shoes, the size that fits, and the one that knows best, is you. Don't ask others, you'll end up with 10 pair and none fit.

You buy whatever is closest to spot. That tends to be large bars.

    Hi,
    Id do something like this..
a good spread of big and small

Size (oz) # Qty Total Oz
    100 2 200
    50 5 250
    32 15 480 (32oz is 1kg)
    10 19 190
    5 10 50
    1 30 30
    Total: 1200 Oz

The trade offs to consider are
big bars will generally fit into a smaller area in a vault, and spot will be cheaper.
Bars over 100 oz may be harder to sell, unless its back to the dealer for spot.
1kg and 10 oz seem to be the sweet spot in terms of buy/sell spread. (IMO - please correct me if I'm wrong here)

You still want some silver in small sizes in case you want to sell a small amount at some point in time.

Cast or mint - doesn't matter

If you want coins, 2 ASE Monster Boxes, easy to liquidate in tubes and recognized worldwide.

Bars 1 - 120 10oz Perth mint bars. Once again easily liquidated and recognized world wide
