Based on his reply to a previous video, apparently he got those kooks (400 coins) from a pawnshop for below spot price. Now that's a steal!
amazing collection the person who dumped them in pawn shop didn't collect them either heir or a robber brought them to the place if it was a heir then it is a good lesson for everybody - educate your kids about the value of what you do.
from his comment: The person who pawned these received $850.00..... When you pawn something, you're(typically) only getting a fraction of that particular item(s) is worth. I can assure you that I paid much less than spot for these.... That's just how it plays out sometimes..... That's why I'm sending them all (400+ coins....didn't show all in the video) to PCGS, which can be quite expensive. My below spot buy price, allows me to justify the impending cost of having them all graded.
...the guy in the video said that the coins has been restored,so pcgs is able to clean up proof coins??
