where can i buy silver cutlery sets?

Hi guys i'd like to buy a silver spoons and forks set. Where can I find such shops in Sydney?
I went to jaggards on pitt st and all they have is coins.
(a reputable website would work too)

Go to the website, look at the thousands of different patterns and styles they have, then look at the prices!

Massive premiums above spot.

They are also on eBay but just as expensive.

Usually comes up at the auctions as well, never bid on any and obviously the selection is not as wide but you might get a better price.

 

Holy batman at the prices.

I wanted to spend something like 200-300 bucks on a christmas present.

Good quality Stainless Steel set already cost $600

 

Paid >$600 from memory, 23(??) years ago. And that was for a very plain set.

Would love a Georg Jensen set though!

 

I like the Tiffany & Co. Salem pattern but at $70 for a teaspoon I won't be getting any.

Trouble is the tines on the forks are too long for my liking.

Have you thought about silver plated cutlery? Not the same and still not cheap but plenty of it around

 

I got a complete silver plated set in great condition that I would be willing to trade for a reasonable price. postage would probably kill it so ftf in perth would be best if your here
