I got a 1997 gold eagle proof set (westpoint mint) (1oz, 1/2oz, 1/4oz and 1/10oz) my sister and I had identical sets except hers was a 1996, today my mom came to visit and brought my stuff with her from the states. Upon examination I found that i had my sisters 1/2oz proof 1996, and she sold her set a while back. The question do i go out an purchase a 1997 proof 1/2 oz for US$1000 or let it be?
