    Interesting discussion with pete switzer and economist.... If aussie dollar rises in the coming months "it is a given that the RBA will drop rates again as a high dollar is like an interest rate rise."

    Interesting. Also talk og QE in USA.

    An interest rise to whom? As soon as the Aussie dropped below $0.90 our suppliers upped their prices by 6.5%, and of course now that it is higher prices didn't drop. Still cant see how a lower Aussie dollar helps. Low Aussie = higher inflation

    If the rates drop again I'm definately focussing my $ on the loans.
    I haven't bought metal in ages... Unless you count a metal water tank or metal bath tub.
