Hi All, I am new onto this site. Thanks to the guys from city gold bullion. I am new to the bullion thing but have a small amount of 1kg silver bars. I also work for a company that deals in Safes and Fire equipment. Secuirity safes being the side that i thought might interest some of you. Im not sure how else i need to disclose that i am definitely here for any questions or if anyone is looking for a security safe to hold valuables but as i said above i am also registered for personal interest too. I have only been buying silver for the last year, year and a half but find that it is very addictive, especially getting onto the current spot price pages etc... anyhow good to meet you all and hope to have some discussions down the track. David
Hi there! Safes are a touchy subject at the moment, they attract the wrong type of attention. One of our members had a nice looking safe but it now has a big hole in the side. Can you have a "small amount of 1kg bars" even one bar is a lot in my book.
Hi David... you should come along to the next Brisbane stackers meet up and maybe you can do a small presentation on safes and the likes... maybe.. if you are interested that is... http://forums.silverstackers.com/to...-meet-for-2013-sunday-24th-november-2013.html
Thanks everyone. The name is our business London Fire and Safe in Brisbane Qld, Australia. I still think safes are a good option and i understand what was/is being said in that thread. Most residential burgluries are opportunists and amatuers/drugos from my experience but i understand there are the few that are more than that. The best way is to hide your safe as best you can (fake wall, fake drawers or just cover it somehow) I even sell inground safes which are not as big but can be hidden well in a concrete slab. David
