I am not concerned about the NLP GOVERNMENT in Qld protecting me from terror but rather about the terror that this government is imposing on Qld citizens. Remember Nazi Germany.. First they come for Jews, then the gypsies, then the gays, then the communists and then for anyone who opposed them but by then it was too late. I can't wait till the next election to see if Queenslanders have the gumption to rid this state once more of a state whose politicans once more will make us the laughing stock of other Australians. The PUP party will keep the pressure on and will be a force to be reckoned with at the next election..Maybe they might take 20% of the vote off this NLP team and toss them out before all our democratic rights are taking from us.. Our new Atourney General's only legal experience and qualification is as a conveyencer! There were more than enough laws on the books to procescute "bikies" committing crimes without these new 'laws' from the middle-ages. It's just the Qld police are so hopeless. I'm more worried about how they're going to abuse these new powers.... they always do.
Of course they abuse the power. They've had a long long history of it. It's in their DNA. This term and at least one more term of these lunatics - I'm sure they can repeal a lot more of our rights in that time. People are now criminals because the Government says they are, not because they actually did a crime. If a person did a crime they should already be charged under the existing laws. Absolutely no need for these anti-bikie laws.
