Pretty self explanatory I hope. Basically I want to know where spot was at on 3rd May 2013. I understand it may have fluctuated a fair bit. So is there a way of obtaining a daily chart from that day? Looking for AUD please.
try this http://www.kitco.com/charts/historicalsilver.html or this http://goldmastersusa.com/silver_historical_prices.asp
www.pmbull.com/silver-price on the 3rd open 23.78 high 24.41 low 32.46 close 24.11 that should help. i'm sure there would be a site out there that keeps historical 5 min charts or something, to look at what the price was at a specific time. that one only does days if you want to go back further than a week or so.
Yes I could do that.....and sort through my results till I find exactly what I want....if it exists at all. or I could ask the experts who share a similar interest, they may just be able point directly to something useful. There's nothing more useful than when you go to forum filled with such valuable experience, and you get "Why don't you Google it?" Gee, thanks mate!
Thanks to all those who took a little bit of time to help a fellow stacker with his enquiry. Nice little reference guide there for everyone going forward. Thanks again
If it (the spot price) is for the purpose of SMSF PM valuation, my auditor told me it doesn't matter who's spot price you use, as long as you consistently use the same one.
