After last month meet, the question was raised whether to hold a monthly auction.......response was 50/50 Based on comments from members last month, a few of us are putting our pennies aside for next month lunar horse release......so spare funds are limited. So if we focus on listing some low end items to be auctioned ( mainly to have a bit of fun ).......then I think we will have another successful auction. I'm happy to have a monthly auction , but we really need to get enough members and friends attending (aim for a minimum of 15 people ) This way it cost effective for the venue to allow us to use their private function area. I'm also looking for a volunteer to be this months auctioneer......I believe we should have a different auctioneer at each meet. As per last month, list your items in lot numbers ....... I will be listing some goodies early next week If you haven't attended a meet before, we start of with a meet and greet at 6.30, followed by a bite to each (if eating) then down to business (meets normally last two and half hours) Family and friends interested in precious metals are welcome. I have the unfortunate duty to inform you that Gold _Diggers has misinformed the Adelaide Stackers. Yes this nefarious character stated that he had "six", yes "six" .925 silver chairs accompanying a .925 silver dining table and a further "two" .925 silver chairs accompanying an office desk, also .925 silver. THIS IS A LIE After hours of investigation, and much use of a calculator, I have discover he only has a total of six chairs. HE IS TWO CHAIRS SHORT. He has blamed this on a small group of fairy bandits that have been seen at the bottom of his garden, but I do not believe him. To make amends he has included a .925 solid silver DRESSING TABLE (recently cleaned of all smalls). Please understand he is not a bad man, he just cannot count!

Hi All, For those who missed last months meet/auction , you now have a second chance to score some great items at this months meet thanks to Gold Digger and Pinkmanwhite....especially now that it appears that spot is starting to head north. To ensure we have another great auction....start spreading the word to other members, who don't visit the sight on a regular basis. Would be great to see numbers over 20 I need to make arrangements with the venue soon , for their private function area..... Well the moment we have all been waiting for........ Went down to Gold Diggers Storage Warehouse today to inspect the 925 furniture. Gold Digger was kind enough to arrange the furniture on the warehouse floor, making it easier for me to capture all items from the balcony. I managed to convince GD, to also include free delivery to the winning bidder...... One thing that I will say .....if your unfortunate enough to suffer from hemroids, I strongly recommend chair pillows.
