....$39 for 2013 1oz bullion koalas when Dealers currently retail them for $27-$29? For an unlimited mintage common coin this is ridiculous.

I could understand this price if on ebay because of fees, but on here there aren't any so it just seems like a blatant rip-off to me.

    Just sayin'
I've been pulled up on this before.
I believe, for one the members of SS should know better and not only that, they DESERVE to know better.

If some one is overpricing their items it should be pulled up. Otherwise casual browsers can see some item on eBay, compare the mark up with a simple google search linking to a SS sales thread and think its all good.

Don't get me wrong there's one born every minute but ffs where's the integrity.

    Just sayin'

No problem just as long as it's clear that it is now considered OK and nobody is going to get their knickers in a knot
Especially some of those posting the comments above

I mean take the recent auction of a XAG penny - why on earth would anybody pay over $70 for one ??

Especially when you can get them for less than half that at ..................... somewhere else
    :D

Most items are usually more expensive on here than dealers.. I don't get it.

Maybe... Just maybe... the Golden Chump made a mistake? 2 is beside 3 after all and with ADHD and a rubbish phone, high chance the furry little fella pressed the wrong button

3 sold at $39... Testing the market FTW

I see the 3 2013 koalas at $39 have been buzzed on the selling thread. I dont think you'd find too many going at that price.

    FFS.

    http://forums.silverstackers.com/topic-37279-unsolicited-off-topic-comments-in-trading-threads.html

An earlier thread in this vein was already pulled by one of the moderators. Just because I'm not here 24/7 and the comments stood for a while does not mean they are condoned.

Been a long standing policy on this forum to keep your noses out of other peoples sales threads. I was offering an identical Perth Mint bar for $350 that Golden ChipMunk copped shit for advertising at $340.

    Act like adults.

    Just my 20 cents here...

Free market rules...sellers have the right to sell at any price and buyers should do their due diligence before they get into a deal.

Turning this place to a bashing forum won't do any of us any good...

Best policy is to just ignore the wankers who think they can dictate sales prices to anyone.

If they interfere/interject on others' trading threads then they should get 3 strikes and then be banned from posting for a month - after that punitively at Admin's discretion - Fiat = Ponzi comes to mind, being an exemplary prick.

It is a FREE market, within the confines of this forum - and if anyone doesn't like that they

    CAN ALWAYS LEAVE

Personally I don't have the first clue why such a majoritively great bunch of people entertain these regular idiots parading their bollocks around as if their opinion is of any weight - which of course, as evidenced here... it isn't.

    :p

You can let the market work without being a dick in other peoples threads. Create your own wanted to buy thread asking if anyone can beat $27/oz dealer listed price. I tried to do this to stop people being ripped off in dragon mania. I made it blindingly obvious you could buy them for $XX (From ainsle etc)
