    Hello,

Can anyone help me to know the approx release dates/months of the 2014 silver coins? I am trying to save and plan ahead so that I can buy those coins before the price goes up crazily. So far, I am aware about the following release dates:

    Australian Lunar: September
    Aus Kook: October
    Aus Koala: November

Any info when can I expect the release of the the other coins like Panda, Somalian Elephant, Rwanda etc?

Thank you so much for your help. I am very new to silver stacking and this forum so any help will be greatly appreciated. Have a great day.

Why dont you preorder from your LCS?
I am in Perth near the mint so not a big deal. Just 15 min away.

Does anyone have any guess...and I know it is pure speculation at this point, but what the price of these coins will be if spot remains around the 20.00? And the second, and more important question is, would it be better to wait a month or 2 or 3 before ordering. As an example, I know the dragons were going for like 90.00 at some places...and some time later you could find those bad boys for 40.00. Any insight and guidance is much appreciated

I believe the dragons were an anomaly as we saw some of the large dealers decided to gouge for them. If you look at the snakes, they started off relatively low, but right now are about double spot.

IMO, best to get the horse closer to release, since they'll likely sell out pretty quick. This goes for the 1oz only, where the mintage is limited.

Thanks much db23. Greatly appreciate the insight. I was going to wait, but you are right about the snakes. I'll be happy if they price the horses at 38-40 out of the gate. That would be awesome.

Limit apply on the day of release. The 1 oz Ag Horse Imho will be 10/person at the mint.

Sorry ChipMunk, can your add a little more flesh behind the 10/person at the mint. What does that mean? And by limit supply, you mean they won't release all 300k at once, but slowly let them out, keeping demand and prices high? Thanks for any insight you can share. Bob A

I mean at the mint shop on the day of released. Limit apply 10 x 1 oz. Ag.Horse per person.

The rest of the maybe 200,000 or so get distributed world wide.
Australia might have allocation of 20,000-50,000 mintage maybe lower. I am not too sure I don't have the figures. Distributes around Australia.
Therefore everyone get a chance to own them. I think is fair.
Dragon was the worst one. Sold out at the mint shop within a week.
All I know I could not get hold of them the Dragon 1 oz bullion when it got released. :(

Could not get hold of the Dragon 1 oz. bullion for at least 10 months or so. price was around Aud$100 each.
    Slowly settled lower eventually.

Imho I reckon the Horse year will do so too. I am not trying to speculating but that's the fact.
If you can preorder through the LCS and fixed the price I reckon you are ahead.

Thanks for all the feedback ChipMunk. What is amazing is either Provdient Metals or Gainsville had those Dragons 1oz going for about 38.00 or so. I mean, that is a big price difference from when they first came out. If they come out of the gate at 38.00 - 40.00 (or lower), anything above, I walk, and bide my time. If I get zero, then so be it, they'll be other horse coins to go after. I'm not getting a stick up the keister by these dealers...no thanks.

There's dealer cost...and then there's what dealers want to charge.

What they will charge is up to them, pricing and other info has already been provided to dealers.

Don't want to reveal too much haha.

This topic can be made as sticky for posting different coin release date. I know there are just too many out there, but it's nice to have everything in one place. :)
