Hi guys, im going to melbourne in a few weeks to watch a footy game and was wandering if the victoria markets had any coin dealers (preferably bullion coin dealers). If so are they cheap and have a wide range of products and where to find them or if they have a market number (if they dont im sorry, ive never been.). Sorry if this is the wrong section, this one seemed the best to put this in. THANKS!

I wouldn't buy anything from the Vic Market ;)
Like going to the $2 store
    Sunday Camberwell market
Next to the blue caravan is the Camberwell market social club & Peter Davis is there selling & buying ;)
He gets in at 7.30am & refuses to unpack till about 9am

If your heading to the Vic market - grab a bratwurst then head over for some hot jam donuts. DAY SORTED!

Do you want me to get the carrier pigeon to bring you some :D
I'll get you some bagels from Glick's & some cakes from Ackland St
No promises on that the cakes would make it :p

I don't know of any but I don't go to the Vic Market much

If it is only Sunday then as Spanner said pretty much the only dealer you will find will be Peter Davis at the Camberwell market
Train from city to Camberwell and a little walk

If you've got Saturday then you should be able to find some of the coin shops in the city open.
IS Wright, Peter Strich, Max Stern, Downies etc. - I think they all open at least part of Saturdays

I'd pay $ to see Max Stern work on a Saturday ;)
I'd throw in I.S Wright on Lonsdale st on the list as well

Ok, ok... Ill trade you 1 ounce of jam donut for 2 ounces of Greek bikkies... The donut is a bit old though and it was made in Canada so it's got a few mold spots.
