Waiting on BB Silver

Hey fellow stackers, was wondering if it's normal to not receive any news or updates about silver i've
ordered from Bullion Bourse for over a month? Should I contact them or is this usually normal to wait this
long without any word?

Though it may tarry, It will not not arrive

Shoot them an e-mail... but you'll get it eventually

 

Usual process is to receive a confirmation email of your order and then when it's ready for dispatch, you'll receive another email with details of the tracking number.
There's still delays on some products (recent order of Stackers took about 2 months to arrive) but the easiest thing to do is simply call them and find out. I wouldn't be worried but do it for peace of mind. Don't forget they're 2hrs behind

I have had no problem dealing with BB. Your stuff will get to you, as stated above due to the price drop and buying rush supply is slow, so the delay is more than normal.

Give them a call, very nice people, it might allay your fears.

 

I've purchased from them before and contact them via email for updates on dispatch. They are nice guys and usually respond to your email quickly.

 

Update: Gave them a call and they said that stock should arrive next week.
Calling them gave me peace of mind.

You will not be let down by BB or any of the sponsers here. You can count on all of them.

 

The April drop caused a massive backlog of products, basically all dealers are waiting for the mints to catch up. There are still long delays being quoted on lots of products from nearly all suppliers.
BB wont let you down, they are just in the same boat at the moment waiting for product to arrive.

 

They are great guys to deal with and even from here across the ditch my orders always arrive well packaged and presented

I never hesitate to place orders from them and wait
