    Hi there fellow slackers,

just another member from good ol`Europe, sometimes stacking (atm) sometimes slacking (next year, probably). I am in Kooks, Lunars and MCC`s and like the shiny white stuff pretty much. (but - oh noes - I also like the yellow stuff - nonono, don`t burn the witch, please)

    Thanks
    Daniel

We like Gold as well, don't let the title fool you.

Sounds like you have exotic tastes in your silver, is there nothing local that is any good?

    Welcome!

Thx @all for the very warm welcome.

Well, don`t think so, PAMPs Fortuna bars are somewhere between 4% and 50% over POG (1oz and 1g e.g.), the Dragon 1oz bar 4.5%, the poured bars (which are my personal favourite) also 4% - including your VAT you should get better deals down under imo

silver bars usually more or less 50% over POS

we`ve got quite a couple of local stuff:
in silver there are the old Swiss franc pieces which had a nice amount of silver until 1967 - once in a while you can find a piece in your change
we are also famous for the Gold Vreneli, a local coin comparable to your Sovs, probably - however, these pieces are cheaper in Germany than here (where they are very favoured buy bullion stackers besides the coins from the LMU and local gold coins with various german kings and emperors from 19th and 20th century)

I like the silver Francs , I have some from when we went there in the 80's. I doubt there are any silver ones but I am sure going to check. Would be nice to add some to the junk silver treasure chest.
