    Extremely interested to here from fellow stackers on the considered current value for a roll of

    20 x 1oz 2008 Kookaburras fresh from a box of 100

    I would say that it clears $1100 but lower then $1400

    was around the $1000-$1200 mark but with low spot depends on how desperate is the buyer to get their hands on a roll...even 09 rolls are declining in value....

    Was recently at show in the States where one vendor was asking $100 each out of a roll.

    Not sure if he sold any.

    Why oh why wasn't I buying Kooks in 2008!!!! Semi-numismatics are definitely the way to go, I'm convinced. PS what's the mintage on those puppies?

    Just did a value check on the 08s and they are declining in value a bit. It wasn't long ago when you can get $75 a coin not too hard and world auctions were getting close to triple digits.

    Looks like the range is low as $55 to a high of low $70s per coin. My guess what a roll is worth would be valued in the $1200 range.
    Gonna update the other kooks price thread.


    Maybe it's just me but the 90 kooks has been holding value pretty good even with silver down ? I've always stated that 08 kooks were the most sought after but could the 90 kook take its place? Just hard to believe but interesting thing to think about
