Hi, I was wondering if you consider 1 oz privy mark-bearing Koalas a good buy? Mintage: 35,000 only... Much lower mintage than the Kookaburras with privy - they had a mintage of 50,000. But all dealers in my area ran out of them :/ This is how they look like: Source: http://www.perthmintbullion.com/ Considering the 35,000 mintage of the privy versions, I would buy at 28-29 $ from my dealer. Would you buy these Koalas? I am thinking - prolly these cute "teddy bear-like" bears look so cute they might ruin the coin's future potential. People like dragons and the more trendy birds... So I'm a bit unsure if I'd want to re-sell them... :/ Not sure about cuties... You must know better about what reputation Koalas have.
If you can buy them for 28-29 buy everyone they got! In fact after you do that let me know and sell me a roll of 20 for $28.50! By the way your title says 2013 but the picture is of the 2012. I don't think the 2013 privy koala has been released yet or if they are going to release a 2013 version.
Sorry... I mistyped 2013 - these are 2012 versions indeed, as the image. They are not 2013, but 2012 coins with privy marks! Yes, 28-29 US $, but shipping must be added. Do you think this would be a good buy?
I don't like the design of the Koalas, I find them usually not nice. Also, not a fan of the privy mark, it's a gimmick more than anything to me :/
