For example say there are 17,000 (example number as I forgot the original number) of the 1/2 oz S2 Lunar Oxes, would that number include too of the colored coins as well? Or the colored coins have their own separate mintage??

hi , no the colored coins are a different mintage

they come as numismatic coins versus bullion coins

    2009 bullion 1/2 oz ox = 17,614

    2009 numismatic ( colored ) = 43,379

    hope this helps

    cheers, s . a .
