Nah. I dont think it will reach 14. We might have ww3 then. We are talking 450 for a kilo bar. Even civil war might occurred. Let me know when. I will backed my truck to load pallets of them
Does the market care for such things? I thought the prices we see now is mainly determined by the paper prices. So what if it costs more to extract/refine/mint it. Just means less profits for the miners I think.
PMs must be the only investment where a small but devoted group of investors not only welcome lower prices, but actively plan on buying more. That kind of mentality could bring you undone if/when there is metal mania price rise, and then a subsequent drop.
^^^ same... But I think of how much $'s I've kept by buying silver and not spending it on some consumeristic crap/nights out. So even if it drops further, I'm technically still ahead Can someone write a script for SS that blocks the "Silver to $1" threads and the spot chart up top? Now that'd be a useful tool!
As did I. And then it was $42. And then it went a little higher. And then it dropped and dropped and never stopped!
I started buying at 28ish and sold at 34ish, I bought a one kilo bar to test buying again last week and it's dropped almost $2 :/
Bought yesterday a little bit when the spot was 27.4 Our currency lost 1% vs USD in two days - supporting long side.
Nobody here knows what the price is going to do over the coming weeks/months, it's all 100% speculation.
