Lunar Series II Presentation Box?

Does anyone know where I can get the wood presentation box for Lunar Series II 1 oz silver coins? I have the one for Series I and I want to make it a matching set. I'd really like to find the same ones as the apmex link though so they match. $86+ U.S. w/ shipping is a bit steep but the box looks pretty damn nice.
