Hi everyone - I'm new to this website but already feel quite at home! I turned 31 and got married this year and decided I should seriously look at investing for the future...plus with all the money I'm saving on not boozing it up anymore (grown out of it?) I figure it's a good time to start. However, after looking into the precious metals a bit I feel like Silver at least will be a minor hobby for me as well! anyway that's probably enough for now, I'll probably be pretty quiet while I'm learning the ropes....it's pretty exciting though as I'm sure you remember when you first got into it? cheers! matt
Hi there, welcome! "Got married this year and decided I should seriously look at investing for the future" do those go together? Getting married set me back years of savings. How does the new missus feel about your interest in silver? I told mine I was saving money but apparently hoarding silver and saving money are not the same thing.
Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone! hi JL - yeah for me and my wife we are on the same page with investing in PMs (looking at it from the long term). Our wedding was quite small and very affordable so we didn't jump straight into debt. My wife is studying at uni for the next couple of years so when I'm not cooking and cleaning i'll be researching and stacking! That's the plan anyway! =) cheers
