    I've lived in the NSW central tablelands for the past 5 years and it's on all the time. They're a complete rip off buying well under spot preying on the ignorant. Other who are more savvy go to them for the free valuation and then sell it on ebay or similar with a decent mark-up. IMO the internet has made this gold kiosks almost obsolete

    I would say the next "discovery" for gold scrap will be computer and phones boards.

    Australia is way behind in scrap prices paid for printed circuit boards compared to USA and Europe.
