You may also wish to follow this auction here in NZ which is currently on Trademe similar to eBay and its sitting around AU$71 so send them all over this way and will sell on your behalf http://www.trademe.co.nz/antiques-collectables/coins/australia/auction-555235623.htm
But then the person who wants to pay $55 would buy it there too, so you'll have to find it yourself and earn your money (It took me one minute to find online, so it is not too hard...)
You'd be surprised! Some people are just lazy. That's how the whole free economy works... someone buys something for cheap, and sells it for dearer. Many reasons - maybe you bought in bulk, and now you sell it one by one. Or you have better connects. Or quite simply you are not too lazy to do a google search!
You can lose the attitude in your posts my friend. I looked at apmex about 5 mins before I made the post. If it changed/sold out or whatever at a later time when you check it then so be it.
its a one way street, so no way to re-stack them. may be $56 is the fair price...spot may drop as well... who knows may be $60 is the fair price??
right, so what is driving demand for 2008? It was not disproportionate when they were released initially. Why now?
BB are selling the 10oz 2008 for $580 To me the 08 and 09 are by far the nicest designs of the series so far so don't mind paying a bit more. Though go buying rolls of either at their current prices, few of each is good enough.
