If it's not marked as such, importing it would be a federal offence.

The description says "there is a Queen's portrait on the back side of the coin"

Bordering on being a counterfeit coin IMHO.

If this is the same design as the 2011 Perth Mint Kangaroo, then its a counterfeit of an Australian legal tender 100 dollar coin.

I would report it in ebay as:
    Prohibited/restricted item
    stamp/currency/coin
    Replica coin

This should remove it, as its illegal to counterfeit a coin.

I sent the seller a question, asking if it was an official government coin.
The reply: "Hello. It is not official coin, you have stated COPY on back side of the coin."
    Draw your own conclusions.

    Cheers Reggie

No mention of "Copy" in the description and no picture of the back of the coin either.

I guess eBay's rules on copies should be enough to remove the listing.

Arms are way off, what idiot would fall for this garbage? (assuming the buyer will attempt to resell as a legit gold coin)

"Each coin was layered 100 Mills thick in 24k gold."

Surely, the price alone gives the game away.
