Just seen this advertised on a website. http://www.bullionuk.com/products/silver/coins/canada/polar_bear_silver_1_5oz.html Never seen a 1 1/2oz coin before, was just wondering how hard it would be to find a capsule for it and where the cheapest place to buy the coin was. Thank you
Hi, Nice coin, hope that dont have the milk problem. Do you know if its an individual coin or will be part of a new serie like the wildlife serie (wolf, bear,....) Regards
I'm going to order a few tomoz, they do look nice !! I'll let you know later in week when I get them.
this is supposed to be a bullion with the expected mintage of 500 000. the problem is it doesn't fit to any widely used capsules ... too thick ...
Yeah its a bit of a scam theyre about 62 bucks on silvergoldbull.com as nice as it looks Ill probably pass due to the premium.
yeah, would be nice to grab a few just because, but without airtites....I have enough milk spotted RCM stuff
yeah no kidding unless they can guarantee no milk spots theres no justification for that premium that said all my cougars and moose are spot free (knock on wood).
Ok , I recieved these today and have to say they are fantastic coins same size as regular RCM 1oz coins but half as thick again very happy and will get a roll or two ordered in next day or two. I paid 40 (GBP) that's including this stupid 20% vat we have here.
Same here. Anything that doesn't have a capsule ready to go for it, well I just don't buy it. So far I haven't bought a Polar Bear or a Philharmonic because of the lack of proper air tites.
The next time I place an order for airtites, I will include the x38mm for my polar bears, they are an *almost* perfect fit at worst. At best, some have reported that they totally close around the coin for them but the foam ring is thinner than the coin, which is not an issue for me. Source:Facebook
