Believe me the team at BB are extremely busy. Have seen them in action a few times now and they are always flat out. C'mon,cut them a little slack, they have ALWAYS delivered.Never had any issues whatsoever and they really treat me well as a customer.Maybe because i am aware of their situation and place orders knowing that a small lead time is to be expected. Being a Newbie l have only purchased from these guys. Having shelled over the hard earned l can honestly say l am extremely impressed with the service Bullion Bourse provided. Email reply times, information on my order, delivery were outstanding. I am more than happy with the service l received.
Well I ordered two weeks ago now and it's still marked as processing, had to fight off the urge of firing off an email today, but I sure will tomorrow if it's not marked as shipped, I know they said orders may take upto two weeks but its still frustrating
I put an order in with them, and it was delivered in about a week. That was about a month ago, and the order on their site still says it is processing. Don't stress. Just send them a polite email or a phone call, asking for an update.
I did email them this morning and they replied a couple hours later...... And now I have a tracking number
Wouldn't bother, definite price glitch and they'll void the sale as per their T&C's- "Market volatility or problems updating this website may result in inaccurate pricing resulting in a canceled transaction." Was mentioned in a thread earlier today.
