Are you giving them the 2 weeks they say they will ship within, or are you being an eager beaver?

 

I currently have an order with them that I'm waiting for it to get processed. I have ordered many many times and they are usually very fast.

I have noticed though that this time is taking a little longer than usual. I'm sure they'll get to it sometime soon. They do say on their site it can take up to 2 weeks.

 

Sit tight .... It'll come.

All dealers provide three types of services a) Real Stuff, b) Fast Response, c) Cheap
You can pick any two

- REAL STUFF + FAST RESPONSE = not CHEAP
- CHEAP + REAL STUFF = not FAST RESPONSE
- FAST RESPONSE + CHEAP = not REAL STUFF

 

Remember they probably don't work weekends either.

Also once I asked a Q. about shipping and they emailed back 3 days later saying sorry for taking so long. So there must be a reason

 

Believe the company is run by two blokes (Dom & Tim) speedy service most of the time. Service slows down in my experience when one person is not there. Saying that they have always sent my orders within two weeks.

I've always had very fast replies by BB (usually same day). Don't worry they are a top notch company.

 

Well I made an order yesterday morning(4am) and just got a reply confirming my order so I'm happy with the speed so far

P.s. this is my first order with these guys

 

I'm in almost exactly the same position. Ordered and paid at about 6:30 am Perth time yesterday and recieved a confirmation email today. It has all the details as what I should expect with regards to timeframe and what further info I will receive. So far I'm very happy with the communication.

They are one of the reputable and very helpful dealers.

 

I am also a newbie in the game but have dealt with BB a few times in the past couple of months. So far, I have nothing but great service from them! All of my orders, except for the current one arrived within a week of placing the order. The current order is a little bit behind, but I believe they just had a short break.

My experience in communicating with them also been great. My emails are generally replied within the next business day.

I will continue to buy from BB, great company to dealt with!

Bullion in a small nieche investment and there is both not much interest and not much stock... this makes it a great investment but it also mean the all the bullion dealers *inc. BB) are not amazon or ebay. You will wait for your bullion... and if the bull markets goes off you will wait even longer

When they have a rush of orders they may take longer but I just sent them a confirmation of payment email and had a reply in 2 hours so double thumbs up here!
