As the title suggests,i have a few proof coins from India which are dated early 1900's and a few very choice silver Rupees that i think warrant slabbing by either PCGS or NGC,is there anyone local that can organise such or any of our Overseas Members that can organise

Eric at Drake Sterling (Sydney), Watler at Walter Eigner Numismatics (ACT) will submit on your behalf, but only to PCGS I believe. In Vic, you probably can ask Stuart Andersen Pty Ltd.

Wow! Early 1900s India proof. Are they from British India?

I like the design of British India silver Rupee.

If that includes freight back and forth and handling it is probably around about right. Also depending on the value of the item and what holders he has quoted will effect the price. There may be an option to drop down in some areas.

Freight could have been express as example

Holder could have included photo's etc... Get a copy and make sure you can adjust things you don't need. If you could get to around $45 per coin I would think you are doing well.

Of course you could always just join and do it yourself ?

Eric at Drake Sterling would be your best bet. If they are worth more than $300 each then you're up for Regular Grading with Secure Plus at PCGS. Cost of this is $30US plus shipping and insurance to USA PLUS shipping and insurance back to Australia PLUS shipping back from the dealer to you. That's where the $60 comes from (the shipping really adds up).
