    would not ever trade my car for a bike.

    just sayin.

    but that said, I would buy a bike when i can afford it, though all the cash is going into stacking the pretty pretty metal.

    i am, in fact, thinking of a ninja 250. how reliable are they? one of the older ones. just as a daily when the sun is out.

    Had a ZX-6R and a ZX-9R both reliable, much better than the BM trouble U I have now.

    Nice MT01, been thinking about trading in for one, or getting a KLR or a TransALP

    @dabloodymess how is it living in Thailand and stacking? I lived there for a couple of months in 2010 when i was fighting Muaythai. Me and the Mrs are thinking bout living there for a while again soon.

    The difficult thing out here is investment silver is almost non existent and the gold is mostly 23kt. Add to that the history of civil unrest and general corruption here, and I would never consider holding any in country.

    I am gonna try sending some pieces made by a local silversmith back in a few months.... the craftsmanship is top notch, and relatively cheap.

    Nice. I did the same thing earlier this year. Picked up a used 2009 Ducati Monster 696 for a song. Been having a blast on it. Safe rides, Mate.
