Excellent Dealers.

Seeming I've had my blast out at one particular dealer it bought me back to the good ones so I wanted to thank them for being professional in there dealings.

Steve at Auroro et luna to me is a legend when coming to buying products, I've only been buying for a year and have bought thousands of dollars worth of coins from Steve and he's my first go to man and his service is as good as or if not better than anyone I've ever dealt with.

Maggie can only be called the lady of silver stackers and a heart of gold willing to help were she can and a very respected person on my list.

I could mention some of the other bigger mints but that's just too easy isn't it, pay your money and the coins turn up

And too the people I've bought and sold coins and bars too I hope to be able to sell and buy to you all in the future you all make things easy.

I have dealt with Ossie at Bullion Money many times ... and he always bends over backwards to help people out.

So think he deserves a mention .. a big three thumbs up from me

 

I havn't dealt with Bullion Money as yet but I have heard the same thing.

 

It's good to see this thread getting used for what it was attended for, if your new to this site it's a positive to see the good dealers it's just a shame that others want to put a negative spin on things

How about the meet ups? I've always wanted to go to one to see how it all goes about.

Positive posts about dealers should raise the bar for everyone dealing in metals, whether you are a dealer or a private seller.
Not sure how much lower sellers can reduce their margins however we can always find ways to improve our service.
We are lucky in Sydney that we have a reasonably large group of stackers that allow us to meet on a weekly basis.
It only needs two people to make a meet.

 

Steve has been there for me day or night, never a message missed no matter how busy he is and I have always received

100% support from day 1.

I have had positive experiences with most dealers in Australia, some have been slack with answering emails/calls no need to name on here but overall service is great. Bullion retail is still a niche sector in this country, as the bull continues we will see more cowboys enter trying to make a quick buck.

 

iceblue(Sth Gippsland),Ossie at Bullion Money, Oz Bullion,Maggie and Bullion Bourse. Yet to be failed by one...will wait a long time

 

Ditto for those bolded (not dealt with BB), all excellent with service, price and communication - a combination hard to get right! Thanks and appreciation to you all.

 

All the dealers on SS are fantastic, iceblue and Maggie have always got back to my messages promptly so they deserve special mention.

Tim and Ben at Bullionbourse are also brilliant, cheap kooks

 

Never had a problem with anybody in my dealings on ss be it stackers or dealers top sevice and quick answers and delivery from all. Wish I had more fiat to spread around. cheers.

 

perth mint is number one for my parents, mum gets the collectable things and dad gets bullion.

bullion bourse is cheapest usually so I like to buy my bits there.
my own budget is quite small and find bullion bourse to maintain a good standard even though i'm a small purchaser.

that's it for us, until we're inspired by another with something different, but if it's all the same, perth mint & bullion bourse for ever!
