Such a wonderful site as said to you fishball and I need it real, real bad before the nights end as I have my eye on a couple of nice little pandas...any fix time in sight...pretty please
Looking at the changelog fishball has deployed a new version today.. I'm seeing a 'weird' layout using Firefox. Maybe he hasn't finished the job yet??
What's weird? Screenshot please Haven't changed the main page in a while... mostly working on the backend stuff and filling the backlog of old auction results in between D3/social life/work/uni.
Sorry, 'weird' was the wrong choice of words.. 'different' would have been more appropriate. Anyway here's what I'm seeing, I think it's changed? [Firefox on Mac] [imgz=http://forums.silverstackers.com/uploads/6077_pandastats.jpg][/imgz]
fishball : The top writeup for login page and landing page (screenshot by Reggie Perrin) renders left aligned, but the frame/block below the search option (changelog) is centered. Cleaning cache does not help in Firefox (I am using FF12)
T'is the Interweb we're talking about, and less of the young.. I'll have you know I'm quite wrinkly Plus we have to be extra nice to FishBall, just in case he floats his site on the NASDAQ and becomes a billionaire. Although the ticker FB has just been taken.
Interesting as it seems the common thing here is FF12. I only have FF10 (stable/LTS) installed so can't check. I'll try and get FF12 installed on a USB stick over the next few days so I can test what's wrong. From a quick glance I am not sure what is wrong since the design code has not been modified for 2 weeks+. The CSS for the alignments are: Code: .menu{text-align:center;} .title{text-align:center;font-size:11px;color:#003366;} .header{text-align:center;background-color:#E8E8E8;color:#330099;font-size:20px;} The only one that is working in FF12 apparently is the "menu" class. The other two do not work in FF12 hence it shows as left aligned and uncolored. Strangely enough it works in IE6 :/ usually it's the other way around  Any other websites on the internet break for you guys? Not too sure what's going on here so any input appreciated if you think you know what's wrong Edit: Only thing I can think of is: Code: <LINK href="layout.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"> Could need to be reordered as: Code: <LINK rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="layout.css"> Strange issue indeed.
I just installed FF12 on my USB stick and I don't get any problems. [imgz=http://forums.silverstackers.com/uploads/1463_pandastats.png][/imgz] Unfortunately I cannot replicate the issue you guys have so cannot fix it :/ All of you running macs + FF12?
