I just picked one up for US$1150.00 NCS Graded PF 69 on Ebay. Is there a 5 oz version as well? http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/9634350 This auction was supposed to end at USD$6500 but the description says 3.3 teals which actually equates to 5 oz. Can anyone shed any light on this? After reading Yennus post, I took the plunge and purchased a NCS PF 69 for USD$1150.00 Is this a good price? Any opinions and or information will be greatly appreciated.
$1150 quite decent price. There is no 5oz Silver version for GOW. The weight is 103.12 grams (3.3oz).
The other dealers seem to be selling this coin for around $1500.00 I was reading this particular ebayer's feedback and he has sold 3 PF 69s for USD$1150.00 IMHO, there might be more potential in this coin than the gulo gulo.
By the way this medal is one of my favorites out of the entire MCC series. There is a lot of hidden meaning & depth (in Chinese) on the medal.
Congratulations. I try to buy it for less than 1200 uss a few times. But in all im outbided. Plus yours is ncs/ngc. I dont know the 5 oz exist. I think is a bad write teals (say oz)
I have a NGC PF69 Clouded Claw if anyone is interested- $1275 includes shipping to US or Australia (or potentially other countries). Bright, no toning, no spots. Can return for full refund if not happy. If anyone is interested, PM or e-mail me and I will happily send some photos. I don't sell a lot, I'm more of a collector but I have sold a few things on ebay under noomahn1 if you want to look at feedback for those few things I've sold. I have my eye on a particular coin I'm trying to get some funds for. Take care- dave
How are you guys figuring out this is NCS/NGC as opposed to just NGC ? I do not see anything the auction description. Please enlighten me.
Who is the seller? Can we send a ngc graded coin to ncs? and after put in other ngc new slab? Withouth grading again? With ngc assistance?
That is a great question. Can I get the coin conserved and reholdered? Do I bear any risk that the coin will not be regraded as a PF 69 if I choose to get it conserved and reholdered? Here is the listing. You can click on the seller. http://www.ebay.com/itm/270966921663?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649
You can certainly submit graded coins for conservation, but I *think* the coins get regraded however they are now. But if you get a lower grade, you can probably claim the insurance from the original grading.
You can submit to NCS ,if you read their submission form........ they will evauluate the coin, if they dont think conservation will help or if they dont think it will maintain the same grade ,they will just mail it back.......... you lose shipping both ways, but call NCS customer service they are very helpful.............
