Title of this vid is somewhat misleading since it covers several other areas - Aussie property being just one.

Steve & Max lift the lid on cyclical nature of capitalism's chaotic boom & bust oscillations, how they began, why they happen and what the consequences to come are for us on the ground.

MUCH sense talked here - from Uni of W Sydney's most well-known (and globally respected) economic Oracle... so listen & learn...

Bring on that 25% decline in Aussie housing - it can't happen fast enough for me...

    Enjoy :D x

hmmm, I am not sure if anyone should be wishing for massive correction.

Say it happens, deflation and depression.

There won't be money and jobs and that means cash flow is low for everyone.

    No money no honey.

I wish that interviews like this were on normal TV for everyone to watch. Unfortunately all we get on the mainstream is vomit propaganda.

Are you suggesting there aren't people already suffering because house prices are about double what they should be?

A left wing socialist version of Keynesian is probably more accurate. Remember even John Maynard Keynes supported Hayek's warning of Socialism in Hayek's book The Road To Serfdom.

I just got fed up with Keiser because he's an hysterical egomaniac.
