silverfever ... Congrats on your purchase but honestly for that price it should have been double sealed in OMP ... hey it's still a nice panda though !
Just got this 5 oz 2003 Panda for $285, not sure about the price since I'm completely new when it comes to pandas and fingers crossed it isn't fake!
Sorry, got it through a private auction and the seller only had one, hopefully you'll find one for a good price yourself!
Just won this two pandas on auction. I am pretty new to the panda game so I think that I got them at a fair price. Let me know otherwise. 1993 Silver Panda 1 oz small date MS 68 CAD$153.50 2000 Frosted Silver Panda MS 67 CAD$285.00
1993SD in omp 130/208 Ms68 153 is a very good price 2000 frosted 360/428 in omp or ms67 I think the two are very good prices. More cheaper than buy in omp. But i personally prefer buy omp (if is cheaper than 69 plus grading costs) or ms69 or 70 because of rarity. But in the long time i think all (67,68, omp) will go very good prices.
If anyone recalls, I bought a 1987 27 g/5 oz combo a little while back. Just got it back from NGC: http://www.coincompendium.com/w/index.php/CC6000
I'm gonna be posting up some pics of recent acquisitions pretty soon but I just ordered this coin and fairly pleased on the deal nothing really special except the price ! 1989 Silver Chinese Panda New York EXPO _ PF69 Ultra Cameo $455 USD Delivered with box, COA & NCS Conserved
My first Pandas were delivered today, 3 x 2012 1oz Panda NGC MS69, and am absolutely blown away by the level of detail on these coins. Using a 50mm camera lens as a loupe you can really make out the fine details, e.g. the 'knuckles' on the bamboo in the backgorund... I now fully understand why people collect these coins. No pics, but really looking forward to the next batch of Pandas to arrive.
