    I personally have dealt with them in the past, and have no problem with the transaction, apart from the lengthy delivery time (which I was informed).

    Yeah, they do a great job with customer service. Very good in communicating anything relating to delays etc....as for Lisa - she is great!

    Former sponsor - haven't heard any negatives that weren't related to delivery delays that were affecting all dealers at the time.

    I have used a number of dealers all over australia and i find GBA's service to be high quality and able to deal with large volumes under busy market conditions. Costs are minimal compared to others (ie insurance and pastage). Highly recomend Gold Bullion AUstralia.
    Delays are not a worry for me - so they dont factor into my assesment.
