Depends at what price and where.

The 'generic' 10 Marks Gold coins should be very liquid in Europe.
    I think they trade at SPOT + (3 - 8% )

Those 20 Mark coins are stunning. I hope to pick up a 1914 20 Mark coin one day soon - the uniformed Kaiser on his coins is a perfect symbol of where the world was headed later that year...

Purchased from Dubai Duty Free back in June 2011 on the way home from Italy. I have tried to monitor any heat these coins receive either on eBay or forum sites but I am yet to see any interest.
This is the 1/2oz version of the Series 2 "Visions of Dubai", paid well above spot but a pretty coin all the same.

    Hi Crew,
Just wanted to share this very rare coin I picked up on ebay with you.
    It cost $436 + $11.10 reg post.
Thought you may find it interesting as there are only 25 of them in existence.
Sorry I don't have better pictures but I only won the auction last night.
I have permission to reproduce the pics used by I. S. Wright Melb. for the auction.
Len Casley (Prince Leonard) is a very close friend and I remember him showing me one of these little rippers in 2000.
I am pretty sure he gave one to each of his grandchildren to celebrate the 30th anniversary of his seccesion.
I spoke with him on the phone last night and let him know I had won the coin.
I asked him if any had been stolen or lost but he said no and congratulated me on my new possession.
Does anyone know anything about the so called Wyndham Mint?
I am taking my family camping at Hutt River at Easter time so I will ask him about it then.

    Thanks CK.
It is my first Gold coin and I am stoked I won it.
I wonder if any other SS member has one of these? Highly unlikely but not impossible. Anyone?

While the auction was running I did a bit of research and found a guy that had quite a collection of HRP coinage.
Apparantly (according to the collector) there was also 2 of these minted in 999 Silver but I am not sure if that is true or not.
I think I would pay the same price again to get my hands on 1 of those.
I am going to ask Price Leonard if he has the 2 silver ones, but he probably won''t remember what happened to them, that is, if they even exist.

Also, not all HRP coinage was actually authorised by Prince Leonard (Mostly the stuff with US stuff on them was unauthorised) but that is another story.
