While Silver isn't doing anything of note I think numis can make you more money if you play your cards right. I like the Berlin dragon, proof 1oz and the high relief for this reason but forget the rest of them (including bullion dragons).
At the end of the day I'm not the sucker, it's those who buy off me for an inflated price that are ;)

And yeah flipping is kinda dirty but hey, if you can make quick money then why not I say.

I did and they said they would credit my paypal account once it had cleared, so it looks hopeful!

I don't think anyone had to ever sell a Perth Mint Lunar coin for below issue price...

Yeah, like with the Opal Koala. I got a high four digit COA from the mint and a very low COA from the post office a week later.

Not entirely true, the gilded coins have no love at the moment.

Those who wants another one, can go to downies, they are selling for US$108, only about $3-4 more expensive than PM price. Although unless you buy $500 worth, need to pay $10 shipping. I am talking about to the US.

umm how can the Titanic coin with a mintage of 5000 be this weeks best seller at the mint if the high relief with a mintage of 7500 is unavailable? And its not even in the top 5? :/

Where did they all go [IMG]

The gilded dragon does look quite nice (the gilded Taku looks great) but the gilded lunar series itself doesn't seem to be getting any love. My local post office is out of gilded dragons but still has gilded rabbits in the display.

I won't be getting the rest of the series though.

Yup, you can still get 2009 and 2010 gilded Oxen and Tigers from the Perth Mint at issue price!

No ANDA dragons for me. What a debacle - will give more details when I get home. Joke of a Perth mint.

Very sorry to hear that, but not surprised!

Last Brisbane ANDA was held in some Table Tennis Hall. Venue was alright but there was a hockey tournament on next door and not a spare car park for miles. I had a 10-15 minute walk to get there from where I abandoned the car. They are holding it in the same place again this year despite all the complaints.
