Well they passed the new austerity deal....... But not without a fight...... The rioters are burning Athens as we speak.. And the obvious questions are....How long will this deal last before they're back to square 1? And how serious will the rioters get and how much damage will they do?? Not pretty http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012/feb/12/greece-austerity-cuts-euro-bailout?newsfeed=true
EURO = Can't inflate way out of debt. This is a setup worthy of admiration. The trap is set and the bait is being eaten now all that remains is for the EU backers to trigger the trap and they will have 11million odd slaves.

I don't think burning a city is the solution... let people become reeducated and just refuse payment (in a gentleman-ly manner) in fiat currency. Only gold and silver pieces, thank you. Do come again!
Following a day of high drama inside and outside parliament in Athens, the Greek coalition leaders now have to deliver some signed undertakings to Brussels that the measures decided last night are irreversible and will be implemented no matter who wins an election that is expected in April. This is the end of democracy when unelected people making the decision
If only Greece wasn't in the EU with the Euro as their currency........... Who are the people responsibel for Greece being in the EU and for them surrendering the ability to create currency?

Euro zone paymaster Germany ratcheted up the pressure on Sunday. "The promises from Greece aren't enough for us any more," German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said in an interview published in Welt am Sonntag newspaper. "Greece needs to do its own homework to become competitive, whether that happens in conjunction with a new rescue program or by another route that we actually don't want to take." When asked if that other route meant Greece quitting the euro zone, Schaeuble said: "That is all in the hands of the Greeks themselves. Is Wolfgang Schaeuble joking here or really believes Greece needs a referendum on the issue?
A 2 tier EU has always been banded about. Perhaps this is what we will see, countries like Greece falling into the 2nd tier.
Apart from the rougher living standards the worst part is the burning of historic buildings etc..... And it could go on for months..... It was a lose/lose situation.... They will suffer deep depresssion for many years now with high crime and unfortunately much looting also.
And when Schaeuble say this i was laughing, who in god sake name will open factory in Greece? Germany, so they can burn they factories? Greece is incompetetive to do anything about that neither they have technology neither they r hard workers, they last 50 years only live from tourists . Only thing they know how to do fire/hire in public sector. My friend and me were planing to buy some house on the sea shore in Greece for fishing, and we were quite happy bcoz prices will go down, but eventually we gave up , u dont want to go for vacation in coutry where u can buy fuel and food bcoz everyone is striking, and better not to start to speak about looting. BTW i love Greek people, but i dont like Greek womens they r too ugly.
One should be careful with statements like these. Some newspapers in Greece and Germany are already bashing each other: "The Germans are Nazis" / "The Greek are lazy spongers". In the end, it was the decision of a hand full of political busybodys who actually manipulated data in order to meet the Euro requirements. The Greek people have never been asked. Neither the people of the other Euro countries. According to the 'Welt', the statement "That is all in the hands of the Greeks themselves" was made by Rsler (Economy minister) and not by Schuble, but however: I'd really like to see reliable figures about whether the Greek people (and not some political puppets) want the Drachma back. According to a quick websearch, a recent poll said that 70% rejected going back to the Drachma, but who knows. In any case, this would bear a lot of problems. Apart from the writeoffs for many European banks who had invested in Greece, it would be a tremendous effort, and have unforseeable consequences for the Greek economy (well... "unforeseeable" ... not really: Nobody would lend them money any more, that's clear - but how would the people react when the economy really collapses? The riots that we have ssen until now would probably seem neglegible compared to what we could expect then). And now, imagine Greece was kicked out of the Euro zone. Then the bets would go agains Portugal, Italy or Spain, and the question would only be: "Who's next?" But of course, pumping money to Greece in form of infinite bailouts can also not be the solution. A dilemma (Greek: - "double proposition")
When people lose everything and they have nothing else to lose, they lose it. - Gerald Celente. That's what's happening in Greece now. People are losing it.
So the pendulum starts to swing the other way... Source: http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012/feb/12/greece-cant-take-any-more Communism in Greece?!
If u check net little bit u will find that Greece after WWII have civil war and communist lose it, but they always remain present in some shape.
Communist party in Greece is the equivalent of our Green party, they hold seats but the majority think that they are a bunch of lunatics. Greece will survive this, they have defaulted 6 times since independence in 1821. Yes they will become slaves to the banks, its in there best interests to default and go back to the drachma. Population will go back to the empty villages, work the land and be productive once again. What we are seeing happening in Greece is one of the biggest distrubution of wealth from the population to the banking elite.
After all the msm news over weekend I just read this..... Now the Germans want more time to make sure the deal can be... Several weeks for god's sake.......I'm so over all this.... And after reading the lower paragraphs all they have done is made promises that I don't think they can fulfill.... So here we go again, sit and wait and wonder when the world will collapse http://www.news.com.au/business/mar...ailout-obstacles/story-e6frfm30-1226270365270
