My current insurance company doesn't cover bullion or coins, even if stored in a properly installed bankers safe! Does anyone know an insurance company that covers bullion and coins???

No, but if I wanted to insure my bullion I would probably speak with an insurance broker rather than contacting insurance companies directly.

It's been my humble experience that unless you want to be strapped to a chair with a blinding light shoved in your eyes and deprived of sleep for days on end (metaphorically speaking, but you get the idea), you don't mention to your insurer that you have any PM's hanging around.

If they don't outright refuse to insure you, you'd be up for a hella increase in your premiums.

Just my humble opinion, your mileage may vary. Good insurance policies are sold by any good hardware store and are colloquially called "Shovel".
