That's given me a really dumb idea

Can somebody take fake a death notice out for

    Gillard
And do an ode to the liar.
I only came up with the idea & I'm not touching it any further.
Somebody else can carry on from here :p

But I still think the pic below is the best low budget storage device :)

Cast it in silver bullets and load em up, then if someone wants to steal them from you just give it to them one at a time, they would also be handy for wearwolves

You could get a second wheelie bin.
Stash your metal in a box or plastic container in the bottom of the bin.
Cover with bags of clean trash.
Keep in a lockup garage next to your real (smelly) rubbish bin.
No ones gonna go through a rubbish bin/s expecting to find your valuables. (ARE THEY???)

JUST BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO PUT THE WRONG BIN OUT ON COLLECTION DAY.

I can see it now, Dude wakes up late after sleeping in, wife says I put the rubbish out for you today darling.
Dude rushes out to garage and sees the wrong bin has been emptied.
SHTF and Dude ends up divorced and broke.

(To prevent the wife putting out the wrong bin you can take the wheels off which will also make it harder for someone to run down the road with your stash, or maybe chain and padlock it to something in the garage/shed, padlock bin lid down tight, or all of the above.

Oh yeah, and never leave the garage door open just in case some poor starving person needs to look through your bins for a feed.

The old man stashed a fair bit in his lead pile :D .

In saying that though, his lead pile was 1 pound ingots, and at last count had over a 1t of the stuff  , i doubt any one would go through a ton of lead  .

Door stops for the bigger blocks, for coins and smaller peices, kids play area is a goodun  .

Lead is worth a around $2.00 a kilo. Plenty of pricks would love to steal a tonne of it. Finding a PM stash would be a great bonus for them.

My bad, I bow to your recycling knowledge.

So the pile of lead would be worth $800. There are plenty of pricks who would gladly help themselves which was my original premise.
