First Post So: Hello All! I have bought this coin its only 500 issue http://www.perthmint.com.au/catalog...dragon-1-kilo-silver-proof-coloured-coin.aspx Source: There seems to be so many different Dragons around I'm curious to get some opinions on the investment value of this one, should I turn it over quickly or is it a long hold or even send it back under the 30 day return policy How does it compare with the 1kg Silber Dragon that is not coloured? Thanks
long term hold IMHO ~2yr, looks a bit bug eyed with the ruby and they just released a 1kg coloured non gemstone mintage 500 that stole the thunder a tad
I'd do this personally...or flip it on eBay if you can profit instantly. Wayyyy too many dragons. Stick to the 3 usual winners: 1. Bullion 2. Proof non-colored 3. 3-coin proof set
http://forums.silverstackers.com/topic-19176-1kg-proof-colour-dragon-500-mintage.html Yes I believe so... Milking it for all its worth
I'd send it back for a refund. Previous year 1kg gemstone eye Lunars are VERY hard to sell, often at loss and with this Dragon being so expensive to buy and the huge number of other Dragon designs out there, I'd be getting rid of it.
I'd send it back & substitute for the non-gemstone limited 1kg coloured & pocket the change or even buy a couple of 1kg bu drags because prices of those are reasonable/comparable to 1kg pamps - They cocked-up with the presentation on the gemstone drag using only one ruby - stupid mistake... A one eyed dragon as you can imagine may be perceived as defective or misrepresentative or just bloody lame in Chinese culture lol!
