What other coins/bars/rounds come sealed in sheets of 10 x 1oz? I know the Scottsdale Omnia and Scottsdale "The One" do... what else?
Slightly off-topic: Do these bars lose much value if you were to remove the bars from the plastic sheeting? Is it preferable to keep them in the plastic? I'm considering it both due to storage (they can be a little unwieldy) and liquidity.
the new zealand "silver ferns" come in sheets of 10...or is it 20??? they are a nice round as well......pit they dont have much more of the typically intricate traditional maori motifs....they would then be awesome!!!!!!
For generic bars does not really affect value, for premium bars and rounds maybe, definition of premium varies. For chinese panda, do not remove gold panda from their mint sheet, the premium dissapears, unless you get it slabbed.
I'd never imagine ruining PAMP bars, mine are just Scottsdale The One's, so nothing premium. Might give it some thought, cheers.
Does anyone else love the 10 ounce coins from perth mint? I have been trading my bullion for them and losing a few ounces. But I just really like them. Make good drink coasters too, if silver goes back to $5
Thanks for the replies everyone. Ooooh. Any AU dealers got them? I've don't think I've ever seen them for sale anywhere... not that I've ever really looked. Are the NZ Fiji Takus available in sheets? They're one of my favourites. See post #1 I wonder if the new 1/2 oz Scottsdale rounds come in sheets.
Gotta love a pragmatist lol! I'd drink to that - and I'm teetotal Actually if pos did go bk to a fiver... I might just HAVE to take up drinking again... possibly Harpic. x
